You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, or self-discovery, this is a place where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. Using a blend of mind-body approaches, we’ll work together toward balance, healing, and meaningful change.

Overview of Services:

  • IFS: Heal inner conflicts and find self-compassion

  • Somatic Experiencing: Reconnect with your body and release stored trauma

  • Mind-Body Connection: Integrating awareness for lasting change

Meet your Therapist

Therapy isn’t about ‘fixing’ yourself—it’s about understanding yourself, accepting where you are, and discovering the tools to move forward in a way that feels right for you. Whether we’re working through emotions with DBT skills, exploring parts of yourself with IFS, or tuning into your body’s wisdom through somatic practices, my goal is to help you find balance, connection, and self-trust. My approach to therapy (and life) is rooted in empathy, humor, curiosity, and compassion. By combining my passion for helping others and my curiosity about how the mind works, I offer my clients the best possible care.

  • “Wisdom and freedom require the ability to allow the natural flow of emotions to come and go, experiencing emotions but not being controlled by emotions.”

Marsha M. Linehan, DBT Skills Training: Manual

  • “Self-led individuals have the great pleasure of recapturing all the energy their protectors used to expend on inhibition, containment, distraction, and rebellion.”

Richard C. Schwartz, Internal Family Systems Therapy

  • “Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathetic witness.”

    - Peter A. Levine, Founder of Somatic Experiencing

  • "Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.”
