Counseling Services
Every person’s healing journey is unique. Together, we’ll find the approach that works best for you.
Healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. 🖤
At Two Black Crows, my approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the belief that balance, acceptance, and change are all possible. I integrate evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, holistic perspective — helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.
Using a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Experiencing, I tailor therapy to your unique needs. Whether you're looking to regulate emotions, heal past wounds, or strengthen the connection between mind and body, we’ll work together in a way that honors your pace and your story.
I believe therapy isn’t about "fixing" yourself — it’s about understanding yourself, embracing your experiences with self-compassion, and discovering the tools to move forward with greater clarity and resilience. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change in your life.
You are not alone on this journey. Let's walk this path together.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Learn tools to manage emotions, stress, and relationships
Build mindfulness and distress tolerance skills
Find balance between acceptance and change
DBT helps you develop practical skills to navigate emotions and relationships with more ease. If you often feel overwhelmed by your emotions, struggle with boundaries, or want to build more resilience, this approach can provide structured support.
Understand and heal different “parts” of yourself
Develop a compassionate relationship with your inner world
Let go of self-judgment and embrace self-leadership
IFS helps you understand the different ‘parts’ of yourself — like the anxious part, the critical part, or the wounded part — and learn to support them with curiosity instead of judgment. Through this work, you’ll cultivate more inner harmony and self-compassion.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Release stored trauma and stress from the body
Reconnect with a sense of safety and presence
Work through past experiences without reliving them
Trauma isn’t just stored in our minds- it lives in our bodies, too. Somatic Experiencing helps us gently reconnect with our body’s natural ability to heal, allowing us to move through life with more ease and resilience. Cheyenne is currently enrolled in the Somatic Experiencing International Practitioner program
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
Group Therapy
